Costume is made surprisingly well (seams and such), and the hooded cape doesn't look cheap. I do recommend purchasing a petticoat for under the skirted portion, for more oomph ;)Size small is a perfect fit for a size 4. Also, you can definitely use the just the dress for a beer-garden girl costume. Yay multiple uses!
