The stand was easy to put together, except that the feet of the stand do not seem to snap in all the way, which means that when you move it, the feet will come off. The material is a thick paper product for the skirt and pieces of black gauze (front only). The torso and head are Styrofoam, which is fine. The sword is cheap cardboard. Where the skirt connects to the torso is not well done. Overall, this is probably worth half the price, if that. We were disappointed in the quality of the product for the price paid.
