1. Eligibility

No purchase necessary. One entry per email address per day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents only. Employees of FrightCatalog.com and their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age to enter.

Winner will be selected in August of 2009. In the event that the winner chosen does not respond, FrightCatalog.com will choose an alternate winner will be chosen, and alternate winners will be chosen in this way until a winner claims the prize. No substitution for prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising the sweepstakes on the internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. By entering, participants release and hold harmless FrightCatalog.com, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.

2. Contest Conduct

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. FrightCatalog.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process of the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or showing intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

3. Prize

(1) One Spitting Debby Animated Prop. Prize will remain as listed above and is not redeemable for cash. There will be no substitutions or no trade for cash value of the prizes. The laws of the United States govern this Giveaway. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return with winner's documents.

4. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or technical failure or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ property or person related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason, for example but not limited to, of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor . 5. Arbitration / Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (1): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Worcester, MA.
