Unauthorized returns will be refused. Non-returnable items include:
- Contact Lenses
- Special Orders and Sale Items
All return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Proof of purchase is required. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Any items that appear used or worn may be refused.
Return Authorization Numbers must be requested within five business days of receipt of goods. All returns must be post marked no later than five business days after receiving a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns on orders placed between October 15th and November 15th.
Due to constantly changing inventory levels, we cannot accept exchanges. We suggest that you place a new order for the correct size or item immediately as items can sell out very quickly. FrightCatalog.com will then accept your original item as stated under our return policy.
Please double check all orders prior to submitting your order into the system. Please note that once an order is submitted into our system we can’t guarantee order cancelation or changes to any part of your order. If you notice an error with your order please call FrightCatalog.com immediately at 508-970-4575. Please do not email any requests to cancel or alter your order as we can’t guarantee any changes. If your order has not been shipped and you need we will get your changes on your order.
We recommend that our customers DO NOT refuse delivery of their order. All refused deliveries will be charged both inbound and outbound shipping charges. If you wish to have a package resent the customer must repay all shipping charges. Any refused package will be charged shipping fees to and from the customer and a 20% restocking fee.
