Found that this would be a lot better with a stronger powered light source. Interesting product you either have to make it less expensive or bump up the quality of the product...very noisy.

I have had this item for years. My only complaint is that it is noisy. I place it in front of my house near my grave yard every Halloween. The little kids really enjoy it. Make sure you store it in its original box so you don't dent the globe.

The Spooky Shadows Light really does create a nice effect, but the operation is a little noisy and annoying. Sometimes the dome my slip or become stuck. It is battery operated and does not come with any AC adapter. Although, it may come with an AC hookup (not sure, as mine is in storage right now).

I've used the Spooky Shadows Light at my annual Halloween party for several years in a row. I really enjoy the atmosphere it creates, and it's a great substitute to an annoying strobe light when you've got a room full of guests. The only drawback would be that the motor is a little on the loud side (but that isn't an issue if you've got music or sound effects playing) ... and the plastic dome can be easily dented (which can cause it to stop turning properly). All-in-all a nice addition to my Halloween collection.

The spooky shadows light is perfect for kids, teens and adults during Halloween for setting a spooky scene. It is literally mesmerizing in any room of the home.

The outside does not seem to be very durable. That is about the only issue I have with this item. Other than that, its marvelous!
