Includes a plastic base red and blue mask embellished with shiny polyester fabric and golden trim. Design is completed with multicolored sequins and jewel embellishment. The mask has an attached, rigid plastic, 'U' shaped headband which allows the mask to swivel down over the face or up over the head.
